- Material Quality : All contact parts are AISI 316/AISI SS 316L, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
- Surface Treatment : Inner contact surfaces are electro-polished to ensure highquality Water for Injection (WFI) and prolong equipment life
- Heat Exchanger Design : Features double tube sheets in the first column where boiler steam is utilized.
- Maintenance Convenience : Sanitary Tricolour fittings enable quick and easy preventive maintenance.
- Component Integrity : All pipes and tubes are seamless, with gaskets made from PTFE material for reliability
- Automation and Control : PLC-based system with necessary interlocks and validated logic, housed in a skid-mounted AISI SS 304 control panel equipped with a printing facility.
- High Purity Distilled Water : Essential for cGMP standards, the MCDP ensures high purity, sterile, and pyrogen-free distilled water.
- Innovative Vapour Treatment : Utilizes a specially designed spiral baffle system to generate high centrifugal force, effectively eliminating pyrogens from vapour carryover.
- Flexible Capacities : Available in capacities starting from 50 Litres/Hrs., accommodating various production needs.
- Compliance and Efficiency : Produces Water for Injection (WFI) according to FINN AQUA Design, offering low maintenance and operational costs.
- Fully Automatic Plant supplied with boiler steam, cooling water flow rate & feed water flow rate.
- All pipes & tubes are as per ASME & BPE stamping with less than 0.5 Ra.
- Double tube sheet for all pre heaters & both top coolers.
- Magnetic Float Switch is provided for Surge Tank to control Water i.e., High level & Low level.
- Air Eliminator is provided for removing toxic gases.
Note: Uses superior three punch entertainment technology for producing sterile, pyrogen free USP grade WFI for manufacturer of critical sterile dosage forms
